Job Title:Senior Creator Sourcing Specialist
Location: Fully Remote
Commitment: Full time (operating in UK/EU hours)
Reports to: Head of Creator Team
Salary Range: Salary is dependent on experience
Company: Adcrate Ltd

About Adcrate:

Adcrate is a fast-growing, AI-driven performance marketing agency helping eCommerce and digital product brands scale through creative that converts and paid media that performs. We combine data, testing, and bold ideas to drive real growth for our clients. We’re a fully remote team of strategists, video editors, and performance experts spread across the globe - agile, ambitious, and always experimenting. We move fast, stay curious, and genuinely care about doing great work.

The Role:
As a Senior Creator Sourcing Specialist, you'll take ownership of creator sourcing across a portfolio of eCommerce brands - from understanding what each brand needs and finding the right creators, through to outreach, selection and getting creators agreed and ready to move into production.

This isn't just about sourcing names. We're looking for someone who understands what makes a great creator for a brand, can confidently work alongside our Creative Strategists to recommend the right talent, and can independently own the sourcing process across multiple brands at once.

Once a creator has been selected and their agreement is in place, you'll typically complete a clear handover into Creator Communications, who will manage the creator relationship throughout briefing, filming, footage and delivery. There may also be occasions where you'll continue to own the creator journey through to completion, depending on the brand, project or needs of the team.

What you'll be doing:

  • Owning creator sourcing across your portfolio of eCommerce brands
  • Understanding individual brand requirements, audiences and creative direction before beginning sourcing
  • Proactively sourcing creators who fit each brand's audience, content style and campaign requirements
  • Reviewing and assessing potential creators to make sure we're putting forward strong, relevant options rather than simply hitting volume
  • Presenting creator recommendations to Creative Strategists and working closely with them to make final selections
  • Managing initial creator outreach and communication throughout the sourcing and selection process
  • Confirming creator interest, availability, rates and relevant requirements before progressing
  • Managing the creator process through to selection and agreement
  • Completing a clear handover into Creator Communications once the creator agreement is in place
  • Maintaining and continuously building our Creator Pool so the wider team has access to a strong network of relevant, reliable creators
  • Identifying creators we've had a great experience with and opportunities to work with them again
  • Keeping sourcing requests, creator information and internal tracking accurate and up to date
  • Managing multiple brands and sourcing requests at once while keeping on top of priorities and deadlines
  • Spotting difficult to source briefs, delays or potential blockers early and proactively finding solutions
  • Working closely with Creative Strategists and the wider Creator team to continually improve the quality and efficiency of sourcing
  • Where required, owning the wider creator journey beyond sourcing, including briefing, coordination and delivery

What we're looking for:

  • You have 1+ years of experience in creator sourcing, influencer marketing, UGC, creator partnerships or a similar role
  • You have experience owning creator campaigns/processes from sourcing through to delivery, rather than only one part of the journey
  • You have a strong eye for creator quality and understand how to match the right creator, audience and content style to a brand
  • You're confident sourcing and reaching out to creators across different platforms and markets
  • You're comfortable managing multiple brands, creators and deadlines at once without things slipping through the cracks
  • You communicate clearly and confidently with creators and internal teams
  • You're proactive - if something is delayed, unclear or isn't working, you're comfortable taking ownership and finding a solution
  • You understand UGC and performance-led creative, or you're excited to deepen your knowledge in this space
  • You're organised, detail-orientated and comfortable working independently in a fast-moving remote environment
  • You're someone who naturally takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what happens next

What Success Looks Like:

  • Creator requests are consistently delivered on time with no gaps or delays
  • Minimal need for follow-ups or chasing
  • Clear, accurate communication with creators across all briefs
  • Strong creator matches aligned to briefs and brand needs
  • Proactive handling of requests (nothing stalls or gets dropped)
  • Consistent, reliable delivery across multiple briefs without oversight
  • Head of Creator Team is no longer pulled into day to day coordination or fixing issues

Team Interaction:
πŸ’¬ Slack: is where everything happens. Whether it's client wins, creative feedback, questions, memes, gifs, or sharing what you're up to at the weekend, it's the heart of our remote team.

πŸ“ž Weekly Calls & Creative Training: We hold weekly team check-ins, creative reviews and training sessions to keep everyone connected and continuously learning. It's a chance to bounce ideas around, challenge thinking and sharpen your creative skills. Calls are typically held between 2pm-6pm GMT on Mondays and Wednesdays.

✈️ Retreats & Team Socials: We're a remote-first business, but we love getting together in person too. Every year we bring the team together to celebrate wins, reflect on progress and have some fun. So far, we've taken the team to Thailand, with Summer and Winter Socials, team meet-ups and retreats continuing to be a big part of our culture.

πŸ“ˆ Growth & Development: We're big believers that growth doesn't stop once you're hired. Whether it's learning from the team around you, joining creative training sessions, taking on new challenges or developing your leadership skills, we'll support you in growing both personally and professionally.

πŸŽ‰ Culture: Building a strong remote culture is incredibly important to us. From Quarterly Games Days and team lunches to wellness sessions, challenges and virtual events, we're always looking for new ways to bring the team together and make Adcrate a fun place to work.
