Video Editor (Remote, Full-time)

Sicuro Fashion is looking for a remote Video Editor to edit UGC-style talking head videos for ads and social media.

What you'll do:

• Edit short-form talking head videos (creator speaking to camera)
• Improve pacing with jump cuts, trims, and clean transitions
• Add captions/subtitles and basic on-screen text when needed
• Work with raw UGC footage to make it feel natural, engaging, and ad-ready
• Collaborate with our creative team on fast iterations and high-volume output

Requirements:

• Portfolio with at least 3 talking head / UGC-style videos you have edited yourself (required — we do not review applications without a working link)
• Experience with video editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or similar)
• Strong sense of pacing and hook retention for short-form ads
• Desktop or laptop computer for editing (not phone/tablet only)
• Reliable internet for downloading and uploading large video files
• Available full-time: 8 hours/day, Monday–Friday
• Comfortable with compensation: $500 USD/month + bonus program
