Backend Operator — $1M+/Month DTC Experience Only ($700–$5K/mo)

We are hiring people who have worked in the backend of one of the following DTC brands: Ritual Labs (rituallabs.shop), Alevia / Auniva, Metabolae, Rovina, Kaori ( ---------- ), Eden Labs ( ---------- ), Tavio ( ---------- ), or Rosabella ( ---------- ). If you have worked at another DTC brand doing $1M+ per month, you may also apply.

Roles we are hiring for (one or several):

Customer support agent (email , chat, subscription management)
Chargebacks & payment disputes (representments, fraud, processor health)
Community management (building and running a customer community)
Retention & flows (email /SMS flows, subscription retention, cancel saves)
Any other backend function you ran inside one of these brands

We are only looking for people with real hands-on experience running these operations inside a high-volume subscription brand — the systems, the tools, the daily numbers. If you do not have this exact experience, do not apply. Do not "give it a chance." It is a waste of your time and ours. We will get on a call only with people who have done this inside one of these brands.
