Marketplace Manager – Bol.com, MediaMarkt & Amazon

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Marketplace Assistant to support our marketplace manager and help manage our online presence across ---------- , MediaMarkt, and Amazon.

This is a hands-on role for someone who already has solid marketplace experience and understands how to manage product listings, product information, and daily marketplace operations.

You will work closely with the marketplace manager, but you should also be able to independently carry out all important marketplace tasks and take ownership of your work.

Your responsibilities
Create, update, and optimize product listings on ---------- , MediaMarkt, and Amazon.
Manage product titles, descriptions, images, specifications, and other listing content.
Keep product information, pricing, stock, and availability accurate.
Maintain product catalogs and ensure all product data is up to date.
Monitor listing quality and marketplace performance.
Identify and resolve listing errors and marketplace-related issues.
Support the marketplace manager with daily operations and improvements.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding products, stock, pricing, and content.
Help improve product visibility, conversion, and overall marketplace performance.
Ensure listings meet marketplace requirements and quality standards.
Take initiative and work independently when tasks need to be completed.
Required experience

Professional experience with at least 2 of the following 3 marketplaces is mandatory:

---------- – Experience creating and managing product listings, product content, and marketplace operations.
MediaMarkt – Experience managing product listings, product information, and marketplace-related processes.
Amazon – Experience creating and managing product listings, product content, catalog information, and marketplace operations.

Candidates must have hands-on experience with at least 2 of these 3 marketplaces. Experience with only 1 marketplace is not sufficient.

In addition, you should have:

Several years of experience in marketplace management or marketplace support.
Strong knowledge of e-commerce and marketplace operations.
Proven experience creating, updating, and optimizing product listings.
The ability to independently perform all important marketplace tasks.
Experience working with product catalogs and large amounts of product information.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
The ability to work well with a marketplace manager and support the wider team.
What we are looking for

We are looking for someone who is experienced, reliable, proactive, and highly organized.

You should be able to support the marketplace manager effectively, but also have the knowledge and experience to handle marketplace tasks independently from start to finish.

You do not need to be the marketplace manager, but you must be capable of doing the work of a marketplace manager when needed.
