Video Producer/Editor (for YouTube Channel)

I am looking for a Video Producer / Editor to help me build and grow a faceless YouTube channel.

Your main job is to replicate and model existing YouTube channels that I provide. You will not be guessing what to do — I will personally walk you through your first videos, show you how to create them, and explain how to come up with ideas.

After training, your responsibility is to learn quickly, follow instructions carefully, and produce videos consistently every day.

The videos will be created using AI tools, but you must handle the full production process:

Coming up with image ideas

Writing image prompts

Generating images

Editing and assembling the video into a finished product

The better your videos perform and the higher the quality, the bigger your bonuses will be. (This will be discussed)

Responsibilities:

Replicate YouTube videos based on reference channels I provide

Generate image ideas and AI image prompts

Create images using AI image generators

Edit and assemble videos into a complete YouTube-ready format

Follow instructions closely and ask questions when unsure

Produce videos consistently (daily output expected after training)

Communicate clearly and honestly about mistakes or issues

Requirements

1 - Strong understanding of written and spoken English

2 - Ability to follow instructions carefully

3 - Willingness to learn and improve quickly

4 - Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)

5 - Comfortable using AI tools (or willing to learn fast) [Chatgpt, Claude.ai, Gemini]

6 - Reliable internet and availability

Mistakes are okay! — What matters is that you communicate, learn from them, and improve.
