We run multiple AI-generated social media creators on Facebook . Each creator has a unique brand, personality, and niche, monetized through subscription-based platforms. Content ranges from lifestyle to bold and provocative, aimed at mature audiences.

Content production is largely automated through N8N workflows, AI image generation, and AI video generation, producing hundreds of posts per month.

The Role

We need someone who lives and breathes viral content to manage, optimize, and scale this operation. Your understanding of what makes people share content directly determines results.

This is a viral content strategist role with real performance bonuses for every post that goes viral.

What You'll Do

• Produce content manually when workflows need fixes or adjustments
• Manage and troubleshoot complex N8N workflows that power the entire content pipeline
• Optimize AI prompts and wildcards daily to maximize content quality and viral potential
• Analyze content performance and identify what works per creator, then scale those patterns
• Build and maintain a database of proven viral content formats
• Ensure every piece of content stays on-brand for each creator's personality and niche
• Research viral formats and translate them into our automated systems
• Scale what works, which is 90% of output, and test new creative formats, which is 10%

Current state:
We clone proven viral formats from other creators, adapted to our own brands. The process is largely automated but needs daily management and optimization.

Where we're going:
A fully creative pipeline that generates original viral concepts from scratch. You'll steer an AI content engine, not just manage it.

Who You Are

Viral content expert:
You have made content go viral before, multiple times, with proof. You understand hooks, emotional triggers, share psychology, and format structures. You know that viral on Facebook means shares. You can look at any piece of content and predict whether it will perform, and explain exactly why.

AI prompting specialist:
You work daily with LLMs such as ChatGPT and Claude. You write structured prompts that produce consistent, high-quality output. You understand prompt engineering as a real skill. Experience with AI image and video generation prompting is required.

N8N / automation operator:
You have worked with N8N or similar tools such as Make or Zapier. You can read, debug, and modify complex workflows independently. You are comfortable with JSON, webhooks, and troubleshooting integrations.

Brand builder:
You know how to build and maintain a consistent brand and personality from scratch. Every post must feel like it comes from the same person, even at scale.

Social native:
You understand the social media algorithm, what makes users share, and how Reels distribution works.

Organized and independent:
You track your own work without being managed. You document what you do. You flag issues before they become problems.
