WE’RE HIRING: CREATIVE AI ADS in CAVAIER
Full-Time | Remote | Output-Based
We are looking for a “Creative AI Ads Virtual Assistant” to support our team in creating high-quality, realistic AI-generated advertisements, particularly for “jewelry.
If you are creative, detail-oriented, familiar with AI tools, and understand what makes an advertisement engaging and high-converting, we want to hear from you!

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Research competitors and identify winning advertising angles
• Research current trends and successful jewelry ads.
• Assist in planning new AI ad concepts
• Create realistic “AI-generated image ads”
• Create engaging “AI-generated video ads”
• Produce creative variations for A/B testing
• Assist in developing concepts for “Meta and TikTok ads”
• Help create attention-grabbing hooks, visuals, and ad concepts
• Organize and manage creative assets
• Continuously improve creatives based on performance and feedback

AI TOOLS
Experience with any of the following is a “BIG PLUS:

• Midjourney
• Flux
• Ideogram
• Runway
• Veo
• Kling
• CapCut AI
• ChatGPT or similar AI tools

You don't need to know every tool, but you should be “comfortable learning and working with AI creative platforms.”

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience as a VA, AI Ads Creator, Creative Assistant, or similar role
• Experience creating realistic AI-generated content
• Jewelry advertising experience is highly preferred
• Understanding of “Meta Ads and TikTok Ads” is a plus
• Strong creative and visual skills
• Good attention to detail
• Able to follow creative briefs and deadlines
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
• Strong communication skills
• Stable internet connection and reliable computer/laptop

EXPECTED OUTPUT
The selected VA will be expected to assist with:
15 AI Image Ads
15 AI Video Ads
per assigned creative cycle, depending on the project requirements.
