Virtual Assistant – Digital Content Creator

Pain Free Health is a modern, multidisciplinary healthcare clinic in British Columbia, Canada. We offer Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, Acupuncture, and Kinesiology. Our brand focuses on movement, education, and evidence-based care.

We’re looking for a creative, reliable part-time to full time Virtual Assistant / Digital Content Creator to manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms.

Your Responsibilities

• Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)
• Create captions aligned with our brand voice
• Schedule and post content consistently
• Manage content across:
• Instagram
• Facebook
• TikTok
• YouTube Shorts
• Google Business Profile (posts)
• Repurpose long videos into short clips
• Add subtitles, hooks, and basic motion text
• Organize content folders and posting calendar
• Follow clear content instructions and deadlines

What We’re Looking For

• Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.)
• Experience managing social media accounts
• Understanding of short-form content trends
• Good English (written & basic spoken)
• Background in Human Anatomy is an Asset
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Reliable internet and workstation

Bonus (not required):

• Experience with healthcare or fitness content
• Canva graphic design
• Basic analytics understanding
