Finance VA

We’re looking for a reliable Finance VA to help manage the finances and tracking for our creator team of 100s of creators.

Responsibilities:

• Track all creator deals and payments
• Track how many posts/videos are going out each day
• Track how much we’re spending per creator
• Keep spreadsheets organized and up to date
• Learn and use SideShift to process creator payments
• Accurately pay creators and keep payment records at the end of the month
• Help keep our creator finances organized

Requirements:

• Very comfortable with Google Sheets
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Good with numbers and tracking data
• Reliable and able to work independently
• Willing to work 3–4 hours every day, including weekends
• Quick learner who can learn SideShift and our systems

Pay: $500/month
