TikTok Ads Media Buyer for a Scaling Shopify Fashion Brand (Part-Time to Full-Time)

This is NOT a training position. You must already have proven hands-on experience and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

We're a fashion e-commerce brand on Shopify, and we're looking for a TikTok Ads Media Buyer who knows how to scale. Not just launch campaigns, but take a brand to 6, 7 and 8 figures and keep it there for the long term.

We already run profitable TikTok and Meta ads in-house, so we know our numbers. What we want next to us is a real paid social operator who brings fresh insights, thinks strategically, and can own the entire media buying process end to end inside our team:

Audience research: finding and validating the right audiences
Creative and UGC strategy: working with us on angles, hooks and what to test next
Campaign testing: structured testing to find winners fast
Scaling: scaling profitable campaigns while keeping daily revenue stable and consistent, without the rollercoaster
Clear performance reporting: so we always know what's working and why

What we're looking for

A media buyer who has personally scaled Shopify or e-commerce brands to 6, 7 or 8 figures and can prove it
Deep TikTok Ads experience (Meta and Facebook Ads is a strong plus)
Full-funnel thinking: audience research, creative and UGC strategy, testing, scaling and reporting
A grip on the metrics that matter: ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, AOV and retention
Experience with real budgets, not small test campaigns
Proactive, data-driven, and able to make smart decisions independently
Good written English and clear communication

Fashion or apparel experience is a big plus.
A big plus: you're comfortable working with automation, AI and agents to work smarter and faster. If you've used tools like Claude Code, Hermes, Codex or similar to automate reporting, speed up testing or streamline your workflow, we'd love to hear about it.
