YouTube Video Editor – Gaming & Entertainment Channel 🎮🎬

Part-Time YouTube Video Editor

We are looking for a creative, reliable YouTube Video Editor to help edit content for a new gaming and entertainment YouTube channel.

This is a part-time remote position with a starting salary of $200 USD per month.

The workload will be limited in the beginning while we establish the channel, editing style, and workflow. We are very open to increasing compensation as the amount of content grows and once we see the quality, consistency, and creativity of your work.

What We’re Looking For

We want someone who understands how to make YouTube videos funny, fast-paced, engaging, and entertaining.

You should be comfortable taking raw footage and turning it into content people actually want to watch.

Editing may include:

• Cutting unnecessary or slow footage
• Jump cuts and zoom-ins
• Funny captions and text
• Memes and reaction images
• Sound effects
• Music
• B-roll
• Gameplay highlights
• Comedic timing
• Creating strong hooks
• Keeping the viewer engaged throughout the video
• Turning long-form footage into YouTube Shorts

You should be able to make creative editing decisions without needing instructions for every single cut.

Requirements

• Previous video editing experience
• Experience with YouTube-style content preferred
• Gaming or entertainment editing experience is a plus
• Strong sense of humor and timing
• Good communication
• Reliable internet and computer
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Comfortable receiving feedback and revisions
• Ability to work independently

Compensation

Starting pay: $200 USD/month

This will initially be a smaller part-time workload.

There is opportunity for the monthly pay to increase significantly if we are happy with your work and begin producing more content.

We are looking for someone who could potentially grow with the channel long-term.
