SHOPIFY VIRTUAL ASSISTANT - ORDER LABELS

Position: Shopify Virtual Assistant
Employment Type: Full-Time | Remote
Salary: $450 USD/month

About the Position

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced Shopify Virtual Assistant to join our growing e-commerce team.

The ideal candidate has solid hands-on experience managing Shopify stores and is comfortable handling daily e-commerce tasks, including product management, inventory updates, order processing, and printing order labels.

We are looking for someone who can work independently, follow SOPs accurately, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with the team.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the Shopify store on a daily basis.
Add, edit, and update product listings, descriptions, prices, images, and variants.
Manage and update inventory levels and product information.
Process and monitor customer orders.
Print and process order labels through Shopify.
Organize products, collections, categories, and tags.
Ensure product information and store content are accurate and up to date.
Assist with basic Shopify store customization and updates.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
Use Microsoft Excel for data management, reporting, and basic calculations.
Monitor orders and flag any issues that require attention.
Follow company SOPs, workflows, and instructions carefully.
Communicate with the team regarding order issues, inventory concerns, or other store-related matters.
Complete assigned tasks accurately and within the required deadlines.
Assist with other Shopify and e-commerce tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Shopify is preferred.
Previous experience in e-commerce operations or virtual assistance.
Experience with printing and processing order labels through Shopify.
Strong knowledge of product listing, inventory management, and basic Shopify store customization.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data entry, basic formulas, and reporting.
Excellent written English communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Highly detail-oriented and able to work independently.
Reliable, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
Must have a reliable internet connection and the ability to work effectively from home.
