About the Role

Location: Remote
Type: Full-time
Salary: Competitive
To apply: Details at the bottom of the page

Most supply chains at small brands run on hope. Someone places an order, assumes the supplier is on track, and finds out otherwise when stock runs out or a shipment arrives wrong.

That's not how Säker operates.

We run a methodical supply chain across three markets: US, Canada, and EU; with multiple suppliers, freight forwarders, and receiving warehouses moving simultaneously. The person in this role is the connective tissue. They make sure suppliers know what's expected, freight forwarders have what they need, warehouses are ready to receive, and nothing falls through the cracks between any of them.

It's coordination work, and it matters. When it's done well, inventory flows and nobody notices. When it isn't, everything stops.
If keeping complex operations quietly on track sounds like the kind of work you're good at, keep reading.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Supplier Coordination

Keeping suppliers on schedule; confirming production timelines, following up on open orders, collecting documentation, and making sure nothing is missing before a shipment moves.

Freight and Logistics Coordination

Working with freight forwarders across air and sea lanes to book shipments, track movement, and flag delays before they become problems. Keeping all parties: suppliers, forwarders, and warehouses; aligned at every handoff.

Warehouse Receiving Coordination

Making sure receiving warehouses have what they need ahead of every inbound shipment. Confirming quantities, labels, and documentation are correct before goods arrive.

Compliance and QC Documentation
Collecting and filing test certificates, inspection reports, and supplier compliance documents. Coordinating third-party inspection scheduling and following up on findings.

Administrative and Operational Support

Maintaining purchase order records, updating inventory trackers, and keeping internal files organized. The behind-the-scenes work that keeps everything else running cleanly.

HOW YOU'LL WORK

You'll report directly to the Supply Chain & Inventory Planner. Direction comes from the Planner, with visibility to the founder on key operational decisions.

Turnaround varies by task. Supplier follow-ups and shipment coordination move fast. Compliance documentation and PO administration move on longer timelines and require careful follow-through.

You'll work primarily in Prediko, Sellerboard, Amazon Seller Central, and Google Workspace, with tasks tracked in ClickUp.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

Shipments arrive on time, in full, and without surprises. Suppliers are followed up before anyone has to ask. Documentation is filed before it's needed. Warehouses are ready before goods arrive.

The Inventory Planner spends less time on coordination and more time on planning. Nothing slips; not because someone caught it at the last minute, but because the system is being maintained well enough that last-minute catches aren't necessary.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

1–3 years in supply chain, procurement, or operations — consumer goods or e-commerce preferred
Strong organizational skills and comfortable managing multiple open items across suppliers, timelines, and channels
Clear written communicator in English; confident following up with external partners
Comfortable working independently and figuring things out before asking
Proficient in Google Workspace and Excel

BONUS POINTS

Experience with Amazon FBA, freight logistics, or third-party QC inspections
Familiarity with Prediko, Sellerboard, or similar tools
Background in apparel, outdoor, or consumer goods

WHAT WE OFFER

Real operational scope from day one: suppliers, freight, warehouses, and compliance all in one role
A fast feedback loop with the Inventory Planner and founder, not layers of approval
High standards, low politics, clear direction
A brand with a real point of view, not another pet company chasing cuteness
Competitive compensation and room to grow as the brand scales
The chance to build something you can actually point to

LOCATION AND WORK STYLE

This role is fully remote. Compensation is competitive and based on experience.
