# AI WEBSITE BUILDER / WEB DEVELOPER

Freelance / Gig Position • Recurring Projects • Remote

We are looking for a talented AI-assisted Web Designer / Web Developer to work with us on a project-by-project basis.

This is not a full-time position. We generate our own business leads and will contact you whenever we have a website project that needs to be built.

You do not need to find customers. We provide the clients and projects — you build the websites.

There is potential for recurring work for the right person as our business grows.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We need someone who has both web design and web development skills.

You should understand not only how to build a website, but also how a professional website should look and feel.

You should have a good eye for:

• Professional website design
• Layout and structure
• Typography and spacing
• Colors and branding
• Mobile responsiveness
• User experience
• Clear calls-to-action
• Professional presentation
• What makes a website look modern and trustworthy

We do not want someone who simply puts information into a template.

We want someone who can take a basic business and turn its information into a clean, professional-looking website.

1. FAST AI WEBSITE CREATION — REQUIRED

You must be experienced with modern AI website-building and AI development tools.

For simple business websites, we want someone who can work very quickly and efficiently.

A typical basic website should ideally be completed within 24 hours, depending on the project and how quickly the required information is provided.

Simple websites may include:

• Home
• About
• Services
• Contact
• Gallery
• Reviews
• Basic lead/contact forms

The purpose is to create a professional website without spending unnecessary hours manually building something that AI can help create much faster.

2. BASE44 EXPERIENCE — HUGE PLUS ⭐

Experience with Base44 is a HUGE plus.

If you have experience using Base44 to create websites, web applications, or custom business tools, please mention it prominently in your application.

We are particularly interested in developers who understand how to use AI-powered platforms such as Base44 to rapidly build functional websites and web applications.

Base44 experience is not required, but candidates who already know the platform will have a significant advantage.

3. MANUAL WEB DEVELOPMENT — REQUIRED

You must also have real web-development skills.

If a customer wants something beyond a basic AI-generated website, you should be able to build, customize, or troubleshoot it yourself.

Examples include:

• Custom website functionality
• Booking systems
• Forms and integrations
• Customer portals
• Dashboards
• Web applications
• API integrations
• Database functionality
• Custom features

We want someone who knows when to use AI and when to code and develop manually.

AI EXPERIENCE

We specifically want someone who knows how to use AI to make web development faster and more efficient.

Experience with tools such as:

• Claude
• AI website builders
• AI coding assistants
• Other AI development tools

is highly valuable.

AI should help you work faster — not replace your actual knowledge of web design and development.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build professional websites for our clients
• Use AI tools to speed up development
• Design websites that look modern and professional
• Customize websites according to each client's business
• Add business information, images, services, branding, and content
• Make websites responsive on desktop and mobile
• Make revisions when needed
• Troubleshoot technical issues
• Build custom features for more advanced projects
• Communicate clearly about project requirements
• Complete projects quickly and meet deadlines

REQUIREMENTS

REQUIRED

• Proven experience in web design AND web development
• Strong understanding of what makes a website look professional
• Experience building websites using AI
• Ability to build/customize websites manually
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and/or modern web development
• Strong attention to design and detail
• Fast worker who can complete projects efficiently
• Able to work independently
• Good English communication skills

PORTFOLIO — VERY IMPORTANT

You MUST provide examples of websites you have personally built.

We are interested in seeing websites you have created:

• Using AI

• Using website builders
• Completely from scratch
• Or a combination of AI and manual development

Please provide multiple examples if possible.

We will evaluate both the technical quality and visual design of your work.

Applications without examples of previous website work will not be considered.

DOMAIN, HOSTING & BUSINESS COSTS

You will NOT be responsible for paying for domains, hosting, or other required business expenses out of your own pocket.

The company will cover the costs of:

• Domain registration
• Website hosting
• Required business subscriptions
• Other necessary website infrastructure

Your compensation is for your time, skills, design, and development work.

We will provide the necessary information and access required for the projects.

COMPENSATION

This is a project-based freelance/gig position, not a traditional full-time position.

For simple AI-assisted business websites, the expected budget will generally be approximately $15–$25 per website, depending on the project and scope.

More advanced websites, custom development, and web applications will be quoted separately based on complexity.

There is potential for consistent recurring work for the right person.

IMPORTANT — WE NEED A FAST WORKER

Speed is very important for this position.

We are building a business model where we may have multiple website opportunities, so we need someone who can work quickly and efficiently.

If you normally take several days to build a simple business website, this position may not be a good fit.

We are looking for someone who can use AI and their existing skills to produce a professional result quickly.
