Australia-based Ecommerce Operations and Warehouse Fulfillment Manager. Dayshift!

Oz Best Dealz is one of Australia’s fastest-growing 4x4 accessories retailers, with over 2000 SKU's. We operate a warehouse and e-commerce business currently powered by Neto (Maropost). With rapid growth, we’re looking for an experienced operations professional to take over and streamline fulfilment, warehousing, system integrations, and shipping operations.

Your Role

As the E-Commerce Operations & Fulfilment Manager, you’ll be the backbone of our operations, overseeing how stock flows from suppliers to our warehouse to our customers.

Responsibilities

-Warehouse & Fulfilment
-Set up and manage warehouse zones (e.g., pick faces, bulk storage, returns)
-Design efficient picking, packing, and dispatch workflows
-Oversee day-to-day warehouse system operations and troubleshoot issues

Technology & Systems

-Manage and optimize Neto/Maropost or help us migrate if necessary
-Integrate warehouse and courier systems (Starshipit, ShipStation, AusPost, Aramex, etc.)
-Implement automation and apps that improve efficiency and customer experience

Inventory & Purchasing

-Oversee stock levels, reordering, and supplier purchase orders
-Set up auto-alerts and replenishment rules based on sell-through rates
-Reduce dead stock and optimize inventory turnover

Shipping & Logistics

-Set up and manage shipping options, rates, and rules for our website
-Ensure courier integrations run smoothly (label generation, tracking, etc.)
-Minimize order errors, shipping delays, and fulfilment costs

Team & Reporting

-Work with or train pick/pack staff (if in-house)
-Develop SOPs and training docs
-Provide regular reports on order fulfilment KPIs, warehouse performance, and inventory accuracy

You Bring:

At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or fulfilment is required
Proficiency with WMS and platforms like Neto/Maropost, Shopify, Dear, or Cin7
Hands-on experience with courier integrations and shipping logistics
Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and a process-driven mindset
Excellent communication and leadership skills

Bonus: Background in 4x4, automotive, or retail/e-commerce industry
