We are hiring a full time outbound cold caller to book Zoom appointments with US business owners on our behalf.

This is a calling only role. You call, you qualify, you book. Our closer handles everything after that.

The product is a zero cost health and life insurance benefit for employees. One of the easiest pitches in the industry because there is no cost to the business or the employees. Full script and objection guide provided from day one.

What you will do:

Make outbound calls to US business owners using our proven script
Book 15 to 20 minute Zoom appointments and confirm them live on the call
Make a minimum of 150 dials per day
Handle objections using our guide
Log call notes and report numbers daily

Pay:

$4 per hour base
$10 bonus for every Zoom that shows up
$75 bonus with 4 meetings booked in a week
Top performers earn significantly more

What we need:

Minimum 1 year of B2B cold calling or appointment setting experience, consumer or inbound does not qualify
Clear, confident spoken English, non negotiable
Wired internet connection, quality headset, and quiet dedicated workspace, mobile hotspot not accepted
Available during US Central business hours
Self motivated and able to hit 150 dials per day without being micromanaged
