YouTube Video Editor with Strong Color Grading Skills

We’re looking for a skilled and organized YouTube Video Editor that has COLOR GRADING EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong experience editing long-form YouTube videos and color grading skills. A strong eye for color grading, pacing, storytelling, and clean visuals is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Edit engaging, on-brand long-form YouTube videos
• Work with raw long-form footage and repurpose it into short-form vertical videos
• Create content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Maintain a consistent visual style, tone, and storytelling flow across all videos
• Organize and manage video assets, project files, and revisions using tools such as Google Drive, Dropbox, Notion, ---------- , or similar platforms

•Apply feedback quickly and make revisions when needed
•Keep files organized and easy to access for the team

Requirements:
•Proven experience editing YouTube videos and short-form content
•Strong skills in color grading and visual enhancement
•Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing tools
•Good understanding of timing, pacing, transitions, captions, and storytelling
•Ability to follow a brand style and maintain consistency
•Strong organizational skills for managing content libraries and project files
•Reliable communication and responsiveness
•Able to meet deadlines and work independently

Bonus Points:

•Excellent experience in cinematic or lifestyle color grading
•Experience editing social media content for creators, influencers, or personal brands
•Willingness to work flexible hours or align with a US time zone
•Experience creating both long-form YouTube videos and short-form reels from the same footage
