Outbound Insurance Recruiter & High-Volume Dialer Specialist

We are scaling an aggressive agent recruitment campaign for a rapidly growing financial and insurance group. We are looking for a sharp, experienced Outbound Virtual Assistant who has a proven background in cold calling, high-volume dialing, and phone sales—specifically within the US insurance vertical.
You will be responsible for working through targeted lists of licensed insurance agents, navigating basic gatekeeper obstacles, and executing live transfers for our primary closers.
Key Responsibilities:
Make high-volume outbound calls using an enterprise or predictive dialer.
Dial through company-specific lead lists (from final expense and health insurance networks) systematically until exhaustion.
Pitch the agency's value proposition, commission structures, and live-transfer model to licensed insurance producers.
Execute warm/live transfers seamlessly to our internal team when an agent is interested.
Meticulously log disposition codes, update CRM records, and track daily call metrics in Excel/Google Sheets.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 1–2 years of outbound cold-calling or appointment-setting experience, preferably in the US insurance or B2B financial space.
Dialer Experience: Must be proficient with power/predictive dialers (e.g., CallTools, Mojo, V ---------- , GoHighLevel, or similar outbound systems).
Communication: Exceptional, near-native English verbal communication skills with a neutral or easily understood accent, strong listening skills, and resilience against rejections.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable managing data spreadsheets, CRMs, and quick-updating tracking logs.
Reliable Setup: High-speed internet connection, a quiet workspace, and a professional headset.
Compensation & Hours:
Full-time (8 hours/day)
Hourly rate + performance incentives/bonuses for successfully booked live transfers.
