Sales Prospecting & Outreach VA

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help grow our event rental business through outbound prospecting.
You’ll research upcoming events and organizations that could benefit from our services, then create personalized outreach email s introducing our company.

Responsibilities

• Research upcoming events using Facebook Events, Eventbrite, city calendars, chamber websites, school calendars and other online sources.
• Find decision-makers for schools, churches, hotels and resorts, HOAs, parks and recreation departments, event planners, corporate offices and festivals.
• Find accurate email addresses and contact information.
• Write personalized outreach email s.
• Recommend services that fit each event.
• Include photos of the suggested rentals.
• Track every lead in Google Sheets or our CRM.
• Follow up with prospects after 5–7 days.
• Keep detailed notes on conversations and follow-ups.

Ideal Candidate

• Excellent written English
• Sales or lead-generation experience
• Strong online research skills
• Comfortable using Facebook , Google, LinkedIn and business websites
• Organized, reliable and detail-oriented
• Canva experience is a plus
• Experience working with an event business is a bonus
