Lightroom Photo Editor – Smart Preview Workflow (Senior Portraits & Weddings)

I am looking for a reliable, detail-oriented photo editor to assist my photography business on a part-time / project-by-project basis. Most of our work consists of High School Senior portrait sessions, family portraits, and occasional weddings.
You will be responsible for culling RAW images, applying consistent color correction, adjusting exposure/white balance, and performing clean skin retouching while maintaining a natural look.

Responsibilities:
Culling: Selecting the best shots from large RAW image sets.
Color Correction & Editing: Applying presets, matching our brand’s aesthetic, adjusting lighting/white balance, and cropping.
Basic Retouching: Removing temporary skin blemishes, stray hairs, and distracting background objects.
Catalog Management: Working seamlessly with Lightroom Classic using Smart Preview / ⁠.lrcat⁠ catalog exports (to keep file transfers light and fast).
Requirements:
Must use a Mac computer running a current version of Adobe Lightroom Classic.
Proven experience with high-volume portrait editing, senior pics, or wedding photography.
Strong understanding of Smart Preview catalog sharing workflows.
High-speed internet for downloading/uploading catalog files via Google Drive or Dropbox.
Fast turnaround time (24–48 hours for standard portrait sessions).
