WHAT YOU'LL DO
Part-time to start (~15–20h/week). Likely full-time within a few months, at a higher rate, as the business grows.

• Log incoming supplier parcels into our warehouse system: tracking number, contents, and SKU.
• Process outgoing orders: download shipping labels from our dashboard (DOTB) and create the shipment requests in the warehouse system.
• Answer buyer messages on Vinted that our auto-responder escalates—using ready-made reply templates that you adapt.
• Handle disputes and returns (item not received, not as described) by following a written procedure; escalate the tricky ones to me.
• Keep everything logged in a Google Sheet.
• Later: a few simple, low-risk steps of new shop setup.

ABOUT THE BUSINESS
I buy fashion items and resell them on Vinted (a French second-hand marketplace) across several shops, with a fulfillment warehouse in Europe. I need a reliable assistant to run daily operations so I can focus on growth.

YOU NEED

• Good written English—we work in English. Buyer replies are in French, but you write them with a ChatGPT prompt I give you (no French skills required; you just need to check the output makes sense).
• Reliable internet, quiet setup; available in a daily window overlapping European afternoon (~1–7pm Paris time).
• Detail-oriented; comfortable with Google Sheets, web dashboards, and using ChatGPT.
• Calm and polite with unhappy customers; good judgment on when to escalate.
• Bonus: experience with Vinted, Depop, Poshmark, or e-commerce support.

PAY
$100–200/month part-time (~15–20h/week) to start, reviewed after 1 month. Moves to full-time at a higher rate as volume grows.
