Meta Ads Specialist – US Lead Generation + Meta Account Recovery

I’m looking for a Meta Ads specialist to help me launch a new campaign targeting construction companies and local trades in the US.

The project is already well prepared:

Offer is ready
Landing page is ready
Meta Ad concepts/scripts are ready
Photo and video assets are ready
Initial test budget: $500 ad spend

The concept is simple:

Business owners already have photos of their company, workshop or projects on their phone. We turn those photos into professional videos.

The Meta Ads will send people to a simple landing page where they leave their mobile number to receive a link and send us their photos for a free personalized preview.

Main conversion goal: qualified mobile number / lead.

IMPORTANT — META ACCOUNT ISSUE

I would normally like to run the first campaigns myself, but my previous Meta account was compromised.

Someone gained access to the account and published inappropriate content, which resulted in the account being banned. I have not been able to recover it successfully.

So I’m also looking for someone who has real experience with Meta account recovery / disabled Business Manager or ad accounts, or who knows the correct way to escalate this with Meta support.

If recovery is not possible, I’d like you to recommend the proper compliant setup for Toplead so we can start advertising again without creating future account problems.

Please do not propose purchased/rented accounts or methods to bypass Meta restrictions.
