We're a fast-growing company looking for an experienced Facebook Ads Specialist / Meta Ads Manager to manage and scale high-budget advertising campaigns.
Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Facebook /Instagram Ads
Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining ROAS and CPA
Test audiences, creatives, offers, and campaign structures
Analyze performance and make data-driven decisions
Manage and optimize large monthly ad budgets
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience
Proven experience managing $10,000+ monthly ad spend
Strong experience with scaling and performance marketing
Solid understanding of Meta Pixel, CAPI, conversion tracking
Must be able to show real campaign results, screenshots, or case studies
Experience with $20K–$50K+ monthly budgets is a strong advantage
Compensation
Starting at $5,000 USD/month + performance bonuses, based on experience and results.
