CREDIT REPAIR DISPUTE SPECIALIST — EXPERTS ONLY

ABOUT THE ROLE

YBE Credit Repair is looking to build a high-level credit repair disputing team made up of specialists who are experts in specific areas of credit reporting and dispute resolution.

We are NOT looking for a general VA who has only basic experience sending credit dispute letters.

We are looking for experienced dispute specialists who understand the FCRA, FDCPA, FACTA, Metro 2 reporting, furnisher responsibilities, CRA procedures, and advanced dispute strategies and can independently analyze difficult credit-report situations.

Our goal is to have a specialist for each major dispute category rather than having one person handle everything.

SPECIALIST AREAS WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You do NOT need to be an expert in every category.

We are specifically looking for candidates who consider themselves highly experienced in one or more of the following areas:

1. BANKRUPTCY DISPUTE SPECIALIST

Bankruptcy reporting
Chapter 7 / Chapter 13 reporting issues

2. CHARGE-OFF / COLLECTION SPECIALIST

3. INQUIRY REMOVAL SPECIALIST

4. IDENTITY THEFT / FRAUD SPECIALIST

Identity-theft-related accounts
Fraudulent accounts
Understanding FCRA identity-theft procedures
Documentation requirements
FTC identity-theft documentation
CRA/furnisher processes
Complex fraud-related credit-report issues

5. LATE PAYMENT / ACCOUNT HISTORY SPECIALIST

6. METRO 2 / CREDIT REPORTING SPECIALIST

7. What CRAs and furnishers have you worked with?
