Senior Creative Strategist

This is an opportunity to join a fast growing 8-figure DTC brand, and play a huge role in the entire engine - shipping out concepts, briefs, iterations, imitations, ideations. You'll lead your own pod and turn it into a machine that ships winning ads on repeat. You'll sit inside the ad account, read data and use it to d ---------- what gets made next.

What we're looking for:
✅ Proven creative strategy experience with 7-8 figure brands
✅ Track record of ads that scaled (with the numbers to show)
✅ Deep experience with direct-response formats
✅ You live in the ad account and can read data without hand holding
✅ Deep experience briefing and leading editors and designers
✅ Obsessed with creative performance
