ABOUT THE POSITION

YBE Credit Repair is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative with real experience working in the credit repair industry.

This is NOT a general customer service position. You must already understand how a credit repair business works, including the credit repair process, client expectations, disputes, credit reports, common client questions, and how to properly communicate with credit repair clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle incoming client calls, questions, and concerns
Provide professional and knowledgeable customer support
Explain the credit repair process clearly to clients
Follow up with clients and make sure issues are resolved
Manage multiple tasks and client requests throughout the day
Complete assigned tasks quickly and consistently
Maintain accurate notes and records
Provide a detailed End-of-Day Report every day
Communicate with the team and keep management updated

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Previous credit repair industry experience is REQUIRED
Excellent spoken English and communication skills
Must be fluent and sound professional/confident on the phone
College degree is preferred but not required
Extremely organized and able to multitask
Fast worker who doesn’t need to be constantly reminded to complete tasks
Reliable and consistent
Strong attention to detail
Takes initiative and gets things done
Comfortable speaking with clients and handling difficult questions
Looking for a long-term position
