Web Designer / Developer

We are looking for a Web Designer / Developer who can build genuinely beautiful websites for local businesses.

Examples include restaurants, cafes, dental clinics, salons, barbers, spas, gyms, real estate companies, contractors, roofers, landscapers, cleaning companies, auto detailing businesses, law firms, accountants, and other local service businesses.

We are NOT looking for the usual local business website.

No generic templates, repetitive layouts, basic service cards, or websites that simply look “clean.”

We want websites that feel visually impressive, modern, aesthetic, premium, and carefully designed. The type of website that makes the business owner open it and immediately think: “Wow.”

Design is extremely important to us.

You should have a strong eye for:

• Typography
• Layout and composition
• Spacing
• Color
• Image and video selection
• Visual hierarchy
• Smooth animations and interactions
• Mobile design
• Overall aesthetic quality

Each website should also feel appropriate for the business. A restaurant should not look like a roofing company, and a dental clinic should not look like a gym. We want someone who can create a visual direction around each business instead of reusing the same design system every time.

Using AI is completely fine and encouraged.

You can use Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor, Framer, Lovable, image/video generation tools, or anything else that helps you create better websites.

We care about the final result.

However, we do not want generic AI-generated websites. You still need strong taste, creativity, and visual judgment.

When applying, please send only 3–6 carefully selected websites that are highly relevant to what we are looking for.

• What niches you have worked with most
• What types of websites you have built most often
• Your previous work experience
• What tools you use
• How you use AI in your workflow
• Which niches you believe you are strongest at designing for

Shortlisted applicants will also be asked to create at least one trial website before being selected.

The trial will mainly be judged on design quality, creativity, attention to detail, and your ability to take an ordinary local business and make it look exceptional online.
