Supply chain manager

We are looking for a detail-obsessed Supply Chain Manager who can fully own order fulfillment, supplier communication, stock control, and performance reporting for our fast-growing e-commerce operation.

This role is not theoretical. You will be measured daily on speed, accuracy, and execution. If you need hand-holding or hate KPIs, don’t apply.

???? Your Mission

Ensure that every product is sourced, shipped, and delivered on time, with zero surprises. You are responsible for stock availability, fulfillment speed, quality control, and supplier accountability, while reporting clear KPIs directly to the CEO.

???? Responsibilities
Track all orders from purchase to dispatch
Ensure suppliers ship within 2 business days
Follow up immediately on delays and manage refunds when required
Monitor deliveries to ensure arrival within 10 working days
Maintain an on-time delivery rate of 90%+
Verify stock levels for all actively advertised products
Perform quality checks on products with 5+ sales
Flag quality or stock risks immediately
Calculate BEROAS weekly for all active products
Maintain and update Google Sheets (orders, issues, KPIs)
Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the CEO

Experience in e-commerce or dropshipping operations
Strong supplier communication skills
Highly detail-oriented and KPI-driven
Confident with Google Sheets
Able to work independently and escalate issues fast
