Web Research & Lead Generation Assistant – Entry Level | Excellent English

We are a small Canadian web design company looking for a full-time Website Research & Review Assistant in the Philippines

This is an entry-level position. You do not need advanced technical skills, coding experience, or previous web-design experience. We will train the right person.

What you will do

Your main job is to research Canadian local businesses and identify companies whose current websites are outdated, poorly designed, incomplete, or clearly in need of improvement.

For each qualified business, you will collect basic information such as:

Business name
City
Website

Email address
Contact-form URL

Facebook
Instagram
LinkedIn

You are not expected to write long reports or technical website audits.

We want people who can look at a business website and make a sensible judgment:

Is this a real, active business with a website that could clearly be improved?

Once trained, the normal production target will be approximately 80 accepted prospects per working day.

The important word is accepted. Sending us 80 poor-quality or unsuitable businesses does not meet the target. Accuracy and judgment matter.

Sales are not required for this job.

However, once your normal assigned work is complete and meeting our quality standard, you may also find your own clients for 3Lions if you enjoy sales or business development.

For new business that you personally originate and close outside our existing prospect pipeline, we offer a 50% share of collected project revenue.

This is optional upside — not a replacement for your regular salary.

Who this role would suit

This could be a very good first serious online job for someone who is smart, dependable and eager to learn.

Previous VA or lead-generation experience is helpful, but not required.

We would rather hire someone with excellent English, good judgment and a strong work ethic than someone with years of experience who does careless work.

You must have:

Your own reliable computer
Stable internet connection
Strong English
Basic familiarity with Google Sheets
Ability to work independently
