Website Quality Reviewer / Visual QA Assistant – Full Time

We are a small Canadian web design company looking for a full-time Website Quality Reviewer / Visual QA Assistant in the Philippines.

Your job is to review website redesigns before they are approved for our sales team.

You do not need to be a programmer.

You do need:

excellent English
very strong attention to detail
good visual judgment
comfort using websites on desktop and mobile
the ability to notice when something looks wrong, incomplete, generic or unprofessional
the ability to explain a problem clearly in one or two sentences
What you will do

For each assignment, you will usually receive:

the business’s current website
our redesigned demo website

Your job is to compare them and d ---------- whether the demo is ready.

You will review things such as:

Does the redesign still clearly belong to the real business?
Are the company’s real logo, colours and identity being respected?
Did important services, information and useful content survive the redesign?
Is the homepage strong?
Are the important inner pages also strong?
Does the website look professional on desktop and mobile?
Are there strange spacing problems, weak image choices or awkward layouts?
Do navigation, buttons and links work?
Does the estimate / quote experience work properly?
Are there suspicious, unsupported or obviously incorrect business claims?
Does anything look generic, unfinished or obviously AI-generated?
Your output should be simple

Most reviews should end with one of two results:

PASS

or

FIX — followed by the specific issue that needs correction

Example:

FIX — The Exterior Painting page is much weaker than the homepage and uses the same repeated layout as the Interior page.

We do not want long reports.

We want good judgment and useful observations.

Daily target

Once fully trained, the normal target will be approximately 80 accepted website audits per working day.

The important word is accepted.

Speed matters, but accuracy matters more.

If obvious problems are missed, the audit does not count simply because it was completed quickly.

Why this role matters

Your reviews help improve both the individual website and the way we build future websites.

If you notice the same problem repeatedly across several websites, we want you to flag that pattern.

For example:

service pages repeatedly feel too generic
mobile headers repeatedly have spacing problems
important source content keeps disappearing
quote buttons are hard to find
image crops repeatedly look poor

Repeated findings help us improve our production process.

Sales are not required for this position.

Once your assigned daily work is complete and meeting our quality standard, you may also source your own clients for 3Lions if you enjoy sales or business development.

For new business that you personally originate and close outside our existing prospect pipeline, we offer a 50% share of collected project revenue.

This is optional additional income, not a replacement for your regular salary.

Previous web-design, graphic-design, website-testing or QA experience is helpful, but coding ability is not required.

You must have:

Your own reliable computer
Stable internet connection
Strong English
Basic familiarity with Google Sheets
Ability to review websites on both desktop and mobile
