We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to handle the full editing and posting workflow for our TikTok Shop videos. You’ll take raw footage and turn it into polished, conversion-focused videos that include background music, captions, text overlays, and the correct product links.
Key Responsibilities

Edit TikTok Shop product videos from the footage we provide
Add appropriate background music that fits the product and vibe
Create and add captions (using the exact captions we supply)
Add clean, well-timed text overlays
Ensure the correct product link is attached for each video (TikTok Shop / product tagging)
Post the finished videos according to our schedule and guidelines
Maintain consistent branding, pacing, and quality across all videos

Requirements

Proven experience editing short-form video (TikTok, Reels, or similar)
Strong CapCut (preferred) or equivalent mobile/desktop editing skills
Experience with TikTok Shop or product-link videos is a big plus
Ability to follow detailed instructions precisely (especially captions and product links)
Good English communication and responsiveness
Reliable internet connection and ability to meet daily/weekly turnaround times
Portfolio of previous TikTok-style or product videos required

Nice to Have

Experience managing or posting content directly on TikTok accounts
Understanding of TikTok Shop best practices (hooks, pacing, CTAs)
Familiarity with trending audio and text styles that convert
