Marketing Staff
-Promote and share the marketing materials provided by the Marketing Lead.
Post in assigned Facebook groups and other approved platforms.
Recruit and invite potential customers.
Introduce the app and explain its basic features and promotions.
Encourage potential customers to try the app.
Follow up with invited customers and keep them engaged until launch.
Answer basic customer questions or forward complicated concerns to the appropriate person.
Record their invitations, posts, and other marketing activities in the tracker.
Report customer feedback, questions, and issues to the Marketing Lead.
Follow the daily targets and marketing instructions given by the Marketing Lead.

In simple terms:
Marketing Staff = promotes, recruits, invites, follows up, and reports.

Daily Target: 10 new members = ₱1,000/day
More than 10 members: +₱50 for every additional member.
Less than 10 members: ₱100 deduction for every missing member.
