Creative Project Manager & Graphic Designer | Adobe Illustrator

JOB DESCRIPTION

Full-Time | Remote | US Business Hours | Long-Term Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Creative Project Manager & Graphic Designer to manage creative projects while also producing high-quality design work.

This is a hands-on hybrid role. You will manage creative and product-related projects from concept to completion while personally creating product mockups, marketing materials, PDFs, and other visual assets.

This is NOT a general Project Manager position, and it is NOT a purely Graphic Designer role. Candidates must have experience in BOTH project management and hands-on graphic design.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Manage multiple creative and product-related projects from concept to completion
Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, priorities, and deadlines
Organize and prioritize incoming design requests
Communicate project updates, requirements, and potential issues to stakeholders
Ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule
Identify potential delays and proactively resolve issues
Coordinate with team members and stakeholders throughout each project

GRAPHIC DESIGN & CREATIVE EXECUTION

Create realistic product mockups by placing logos or artwork onto bags, accessories, and other products
Create one-page marketing materials, brochures, PDFs, and other digital assets
Produce high-quality graphics based on client and project requirements
Handle additional design requests as needed
Ensure all creative work meets brand standards and client expectations
Review designs for accuracy, consistency, and quality before delivery

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE — NON-NEGOTIABLE

Candidates must have professional experience in BOTH Creative Project Management and Graphic Design.

You must have:

Experience managing creative, marketing, design, or product-focused projects
Professional hands-on graphic design experience
Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
Experience creating realistic product mockups or similar visual presentations
Experience creating marketing materials, brochures, PDFs, or digital assets
Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Strong organizational and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
Strong written and spoken English
Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup
Availability during US business hours

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE — NOT REQUIRED

The following experience is a plus but not required:

Adobe Photoshop
Adobe InDesign
Experience with promotional products or branded merchandise
Experience designing for bags, accessories, apparel, or physical products
Experience preparing client-facing presentations or marketing materials
Experience using project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, Trello, ---------- , or similar
Experience working with US-based clients or companies
