Kajabi Funnel Builder & Automation Specialist

We are hiring a Kajabi Funnel Builder to build, optimize, and maintain our Kajabi funnels—from lead magnets to webinar funnels, sales pages, checkout/upsells, and post-purchase automations.

What you’ll do
Build and optimize sales funnels, opt-in pages, and webinar funnels in Kajabi.
Create and connect checkout pages, upsells, and automations.
Set up and design the Kajabi membership area (including course layout, lessons, and bonus areas).
Upload videos, audios, PDFs, and worksheets for each SPMA course module and bonus.
Integrate Kajabi with email marketing automations, tags, and pipelines.
Ensure mobile responsiveness, clean design, and smooth user navigation.
Connect offers, webinars, and memberships with clean user journeys
Track and report funnel performance (conversion rates, opt-ins, etc.).
Create automation flows (tags, segments, email sequences, pipeline rules)
Ensure fast load times and mobile-first responsiveness
Set up analytics, conversion tracking, and A/B tests
Create SOPs for funnel setup and automation workflows.
Document your work (SOPs) and collaborate in Trello/Notion and Google Drive

What you’ve done
1–2+ years building funnels in Kajabi (portfolio/links required)
Solid grasp of funnel strategy and user flow (lead ? nurture ? sale ? upsell)
Comfortable with email automations, forms, tags, and segments

Bonus: Zapier automations, simple CSS/HTML, email copy, ClickFunnels experience
