Job Summary
We're hiring a Social Media Manager to grow our following and engagement across Facebook , Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok. You'll own content strategy, community engagement, and performance tracking for our audience.
Responsibilities
Plan and publish content that grows reach and followers. Engage with the community, spot trends and viral opportunities, and grow our groups/pages. Track growth and engagement metrics, report monthly, and run A/B tests to keep improving.
Requirements
Experience growing social accounts, ideally in news sports and military media. Strong grasp of all things social media. Knowledge of current AI tools. Sharp copywriting. Comfortable with analytics and scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social). Short-form video experience a plus.
Compensation
Base pay plus performance bonus tied directly to follower growth and engagement — the more you grow it, the more you earn.
