About the Role
Sales Executive Manager
We’re hiring an experienced Sales Executive Manager to lead our cold calling and cold email teams and drive high-ticket sales in the US/International market.

Responsibilities
- Lead & manage cold callers and cold email ers
- Take part in cold calling & email ing yourself
- Set and ensure sales targets are met
- Monitor KPIs, performance, and conversions
- Train, coach, and motivate the sales team
- Hold the team accountable for results
- Report sales performance directly to the directors
Requirements
- 4+ years of sales team management experience
- Proven cold calling & cold email experience
- Proven track record of landing US clients
- High-ticket sales experience
- Fluent English & excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership and sales skills
- Highly competitive, confident, and results-driven
