Creative Content Specialist — Design & Copywriting

We're a fast-growing marketing agency creating content for luxury medical aesthetic practices, including doctors, nurses, providers, and hairstylists, along with other high-end brands. We already have a strong team in place and are scaling quickly, so there's real room to grow with us, including bonuses and raises as you prove yourself.

We're looking for someone who can do more than just design. You'll be creating polished graphics and thumbnails for Instagram and TikTok videos, and you'll also need a strong grasp of English to write engaging captions and teleprompter scripts for our clients to read on camera.

What You'll Be Doing
Instagram posts, stories, and carousels
Video thumbnails for Instagram and TikTok
Before-and-after designs and educational graphics
Promotional and campaign graphics
Captions and teleprompter scripts for client videos
AI-generated images and creative assets
Branding and marketing materials

What the Role Looks Like
Output of roughly 15- 20 Thumbnails per week, you'll work alongside our existing creative team
Speed matters as much as polish, we need someone who works fast without sacrificing quality
Clear path to growth, bonuses, and raises as the company scales

Requirements
A professional portfolio demonstrating strong, high-end design work (required to apply) as well as origination. Has worked with google sheets
Some experience in graphic design or content creation
Strong creative instincts and excellent written English for captions and scripts
Comfort designing for luxury medical, aesthetic, or high-end lifestyle brands
Experience using AI tools to generate images and creative assets is a plus

Schedule & Compensation
Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (8 hours/day)
$350/month, paid every two weeks via Wise. There is a lot of room for growth and there will be bonuses giving depending on the work provided.
