Experienced Credit Repair Disputer / VA

We are looking for an experienced Credit Repair Dispute Specialist to join our team remotely. We are not just looking for someone who knows how to generate basic dispute letters. We want someone who understands multiple dispute methods, knows how to analyze a credit file, and knows when to use different strategies.

Responsibilities
Review and analyze 3-bureau credit reports
Identify inaccurate, questionable, or potentially disputable negative information
Determine the appropriate dispute strategy for each client’s situation
Create, prepare, and send dispute letters
Manage multiple clients and dispute rounds
Track deadlines, responses, deletions, updates, and results
Upload documents and results into the CRM
Maintain detailed and accurate notes for every client
Review results before beginning the next dispute round
Follow company procedures and dispute workflows
Escalate complicated files when necessary
Keep client information organized and strictly confidential
Experience We’re Looking For
The more strategies and systems you already understand, the more valuable you will be to our team.
Experience with any of the following is a major plus:
DisputeFox
Traditional credit bureau disputes
CFPB complaint processes
BBB complaint processes
FTC identity-theft report disputes, when legitimately applicable
LexisNexis disputes
ChexSystems disputes
Early Warning Services disputes
LetterStream or similar mailing systems
Credit report analysis
Dispute-round management
Escalation strategies
Handling bureau and furnisher responses
Familiarity with applicable consumer-credit compliance requirements
Experience managing a large number of client files
We’re interested in hearing about any additional legitimate dispute methods, software, systems, or experience you can bring to the table.
Requirements
Previous credit repair/disputing experience strongly preferred
Experience with DisputeFox is a BIG plus
Strong understanding of Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion credit reports
Ability to analyze a client’s file instead of using the exact same approach for every client
Strong attention to detail
Good written English and communication skills
Organized and able to manage multiple deadlines
Reliable computer and internet connection
Able to work independently
Willing to learn our systems and procedures
Must protect all confidential client information
Must use dispute methods truthfully and only when supported by the client’s actual circumstances
