Static Ads / Graphic Designer

I’m looking for a talented Graphic Designer who specializes in static advertising creatives to work with me on an ongoing basis.

I will be the one providing the assignments, creative briefs, references, copy, concepts, and overall direction. Your job is to take those assignments and turn them into high-quality, polished static ads.

This is not a Canva-only role. I’m looking for someone with real graphic design skills and experience using professional design tools.

What You’ll Be Doing
Completing static ad design assignments based on briefs I provide
Turning references, copy, product images, screenshots, UGC, testimonials, and other assets into polished advertisements
Creating different sizes, layouts, and variations when requested
Recreating or adapting reference ads while maintaining our own branding
Making revisions based on feedback
Delivering clean, professional, organized design files
Using AI tools when helpful for creating or enhancing assets
Tools / Skills

You should be comfortable with professional tools such as:

Figma
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Other professional graphic design tools
Canva can be used when appropriate, but it should not be your only design tool
Higgsfield AI
Other AI image/design tools are a plus

Excellent typography, composition, spacing, and visual hierarchy
Ability to follow a creative brief accurately
Ability to closely match references and design direction
Strong attention to detail
Ability to create premium-looking, scroll-stopping static ads
Fast and reliable execution
Good communication
Ability to handle revisions professionally
Consistent availability for ongoing assignments
Experience With Static Ads Is Important

Ideally, you have experience creating creatives for:

Meta / Facebook / Instagram Ads
E-commerce and DTC brands
Direct-response advertising
Product-focused ads
Testimonial ads
Comparison ads
Offer / promotion ads
Problem-solution creatives
Before & after concepts
Advertorial-style creatives

You do not need to come up with our entire marketing strategy. I will generally provide the assignment and direction.

What matters most is that you can take an assignment and execute it at a high professional design standard without needing constant hand-holding.

Important: I’m not looking for someone whose experience is mainly Canva templates or basic social media graphics.

I’m looking for a real graphic designer who can consistently execute static ad assignments at a high level.

This can become a long-term ongoing position with regular assignments for the right person.
