About the Role

Join a Fast-Growing E-Commerce Brand Based in Singapore

We’re a fast-growing Singapore-based Amazon FBA brand looking for a highly capable Amazon E-Commerce Director / Senior Project Manager to help us scale.

This is not a coordinator role.

We’re looking for someone who can see the big picture while being highly meticulous with the details. You should be comfortable managing people, analysing data, improving systems, identifying problems early, and taking ownership of execution.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

You’ll oversee a team of around 6 people across listings, design, and operations.

You’ll manage product launches and Amazon projects from planning through execution.

You’ll review sales, profitability, advertising, inventory, conversion, rankings, and other key data to identify opportunities and risks.

You’ll coordinate suppliers, freight forwarders, inspection agents, inventory planning, production, and shipping.

You’ll review Amazon listings carefully, including keywords, images, backend data, attributes, variations, dimensions, weights, and size tiers.

You’ll maintain accurate dashboards and reporting so management always has a clear view of the business.

You’ll identify bottlenecks and recurring problems, then improve the systems behind them rather than repeatedly fixing the same issues.

We Want Someone Data-Driven

You should naturally ask questions like:

Why did sales increase or decrease?

Where are we losing margin?

Which products are underperforming and why?

Are we ordering too much or too little inventory?

What are the biggest risks over the next 30, 60, or 90 days?

We do not want someone who simply reports numbers.

We want someone who can interpret the data, identify what matters, and recommend what we should do next.

Attention to Detail Matters

Amazon is a business where small mistakes can become expensive quickly.

Wrong dimensions, incorrect listing data, inventory mistakes, inaccurate spreadsheets, or missed shipping timelines can directly affect profitability.

You should be naturally careful, structured, meticulous, and willing to double-check important work before execution.

Think Like a Director

We want someone who can gradually operate at a director level.

You should be able to understand where the business is going, what the team should prioritise, what risks management should know about, and which processes need improvement.

You should not need to be told every single thing to do.

If you see a problem, raise it.

If you see an opportunity, propose it.

If something does not make sense, question it.

Managing People

You’ll manage and coordinate a team of around 6 people.

You should be able to set clear expectations, assign responsibilities, track progress, identify bottlenecks, and hold people accountable without simply chasing for updates.

AI and Technology

We actively use AI to improve research, listings, analysis, reporting, operations, and project management.

AI is a tool, not a replacement for thinking.

We expect you to use it to work faster and make better decisions while still applying your own judgment and checking the output carefully.
