Cosmetic brand targeting English-speaking market seeking full-time video editor with PROVEN ads experience — and who already works with AI tools daily.
MANDATORY Requirements:
- Experience creating video ads for Facebook /TikTok/Instagram campaigns
- Portfolio showing ads campaigns (NOT organic social content)
- Advanced video editing skills
- You already use AI video/image tools in your workflow— Veo, Sora, Kling, Runway, Nanobanana, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, etc. Not "I tried it once": you use them every week
- Your AI output looks real— no uncanny faces, no obvious AI look
- Fast turnaround (24h for revisions)
- Understanding of current video ads trends
What you'll create:
- High-converting video ads
- UGC style content
- AI-generated footage mixed into real footage
