Retention & Growth Specialist — Client Feedback Calls (Path to Cold Calling)

Are you a friendly, articulate communicator who's comfortable on the phone with US clients? Rex Visual Services, a real estate media company based in Atlanta, Georgia, is hiring a Part-Time Retention & Growth Specialist to make client feedback calls and help us maintain relationships with our real estate agent clients after their shoots. This is a relationship-based role, not high-pressure sales.

Position Details:

Position: Retention & Growth Specialist — Client Feedback Calls (Path to Cold Calling)
Company: Rex Visual Services
Pay: $10/hour, guaranteed 4 hours/week, plus performance bonuses (see below)
Hours: ~2 hours/day, 2 days/week (e.g. Monday + Thursday or Friday) — light, dedicated part-time schedule

Key Responsibilities:

As our Retention & Growth Specialist, you'll be the friendly voice checking in with our past clients after their shoots. You'll follow a proven call script, and your work directly affects our online reputation and referral pipeline. This is a client-facing role — you'll be speaking with our actual clients, so professionalism and a warm, clear phone presence matter a great deal.

Your responsibilities will include:

Making short (typically 3-5 minute) follow-up calls to past clients using our existing call script
Asking for online reviews and helping clients through the process if needed
Asking whether the client has referred anyone to us, or received a referral from us, and logging the details
Tracking monthly totals for reviews collected and referrals logged in our system (Notion — training provided)
Following a simple weekly cadence: a primary calling day, with a short catch-up day later in the week for anyone who didn't answer

Compensation Structure:

Base pay: $10/hour for a guaranteed 4 hours/week (~$ ---------- /month)
Referral Bonus: $10 for every referral you log from a client
Review Bonus: $2 for every confirmed new Google review you help bring in
Realistic total: most months land around $ ---------- /month based on our current referral volume

Growth Opportunity:

This role starts with feedback calls, but we're hiring with the intention of growing it. If you perform well, there's a real path to taking on cold-calling work for us as well — with more hours and higher pay. We currently have team members earning $300 to $1,700/month with us, and we want our next hire to grow into a bigger role over time.

We're looking for someone who is friendly, warm, and comfortable speaking on the phone with clients. The best person for this role is someone who can genuinely relate to our clients, follow a script while still sounding natural, and take pride in every call. People will judge our company by how you sound, so professionalism and clear communication matter.

Qualifications:

Fluent, clear spoken English and confidence talking with US-based clients
Comfortable following a script while still sounding natural and warm
Reliable and organized — logging data accurately matters
Prior phone-based customer service, cold calling, or appointment-setting experience is a plus
Basic comfort with tools like Notion is a plus (training provided)
