We are looking for a reliable and tech-savvy AI Scriptwriter & VidRush Content Assistant to help us create and publish AI-generated YouTube content.

This is a relatively straightforward role, and full training will be provided. We already have a recorded walkthrough of the complete process, and you will also receive guidance through a few training calls.

We are looking for someone who can learn the workflow quickly and eventually handle it independently.

What You’ll Be Doing

AI Scriptwriting

Research successful and viral YouTube videos within specific niches.
Collect reference scripts and video transcripts.
Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to create and rewrite YouTube scripts.
Transform existing content into original scripts suitable for AI avatar/FaceTuber videos.
Follow provided examples, prompts, titles, and content structures.
Review AI-generated scripts and make necessary improvements before production.

VidRush & AI Video Generation

Use VidRush to create AI-generated videos.
Create and manage AI avatars/FaceTubers for different YouTube niches.
Add completed scripts to VidRush and generate videos.
Select appropriate avatars, voices, and settings for each channel.
Review generated videos for quality and accuracy.
Re-render or adjust videos when necessary.
Follow the provided workflow to consistently produce new videos.

YouTube Content Management

Help launch and manage AI-powered YouTube channels.
Upload completed videos to YouTube.
Add the correct titles, descriptions, and other required information.
Organize scripts, videos, reference materials, and content assets.
Make sure content is generated and uploaded on schedule.
Bonus: Social Media Management

Experience with social media management is a strong advantage.

Bonus responsibilities may include:

Uploading and scheduling content across social media platforms.
Writing captions and descriptions.
Repurposing content for different platforms.
Managing and organizing social media content.
Helping with basic content publishing and distribution.
Requirements
Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
Comfortable using AI for scriptwriting and content creation.
Strong written English.
Good understanding of YouTube content.
Able to research videos and identify useful reference content.
Comfortable learning new AI software and workflows.
Detail-oriented and able to follow step-by-step instructions.
Reliable, responsive, and organized.
Able to work independently after training.
Willing to learn and adapt quickly.

Experience with VidRush is NOT required. We can teach you exactly how the process works.

Experience with YouTube automation, AI-generated content, scriptwriting, video publishing, or social media management is a plus.

Compensation

$800–$1,100 USD per month, depending on experience and overall skill level.

Who We're Looking For

You do not need to be an expert in every tool.

We are looking for someone who is quick to learn, comfortable working with AI, follows instructions well, and can consistently execute a repeatable content-production workflow.

The process will be taught to you. Once trained, we expect you to be able to take a topic from research → AI script → VidRush generation → quality check → YouTube upload with minimal supervision.

We need someone as soon as possible, so immediate availability is highly preferred.
