Client Success & Enrollment Specialist

We are seeking a Client Success & Enrollment Specialist to speak with prospective clients, understand their goals, and guide them through enrollment into our credit repair and homeownership programs. This role is focused on building trust, providing value, and helping clients take the next steps, not aggressive sales.

Responsibilities:
Speak with leads via phone and text
Understand client goals and financial situation
Educate clients on credit repair and homeownership process
Guide clients to enroll in the program
Follow up with leads consistently

Requirements:
Strong communication skills (clear English required)
Sales or enrollment experience preferred
Ability to build trust and rapport quickly
Must be confident, personable, and goal-oriented
Reliable and able to work independently

This is for someone who knows how to guide conversations and help people makes decisions.
