We are looking for a Fashion Design & Creative Assistant who is highly skilled in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

The main thing we are looking for is simple: we should be able to show you a design, graphic, logo, garment, or visual reference, and you should be able to accurately recreate it digitally.

You do not need to already understand our brand's style or be responsible for coming up with the creative direction. We will provide the ideas, references, and direction. Your role is to have the technical design skills to bring those ideas to life.

Responsibilities
Recreate designs, graphics, logos, and artwork from visual references
Recreate complex or highly detailed graphics in Photoshop and Illustrator
Turn reference images and concepts into clean, editable design files
Create realistic garment mockups from provided references and direction
Create and update tech packs and technical flats
Apply graphics, logos, stitching, washes, distressing, embellishments, and other details to garment mockups
Vectorize logos and artwork while maintaining accuracy and detail
Make adjustments and revisions based on feedback
Prepare clean, organized files that can be sent to manufacturers
What We're Looking For

The most important skill for this role is recreation and execution.

If we send you a picture of a complicated design and say, "We need this recreated," you should be comfortable figuring out how to rebuild it accurately in Photoshop or Illustrator.

We're looking for someone who is:

Advanced in Adobe Photoshop
Advanced in Adobe Illustrator
Very strong at recreating existing artwork and visual references
Comfortable with complex logos, graphics, typography, textures, and effects
Experienced with clothing mockups
Able to create tech packs or willing to work within our tech pack format
Detail-oriented and able to closely match references
Able to take clear direction and make revisions efficiently

You do not need to come in knowing our aesthetic. We will provide the creative direction. We're primarily looking for someone with the technical ability to take what we show them and recreate it accurately and professionally.

Portfolio required. Please include examples that demonstrate your Photoshop/Illustrator skills, especially recreated graphics, complex artwork, apparel mockups, or tech packs.
