Business Partner Wanted | Bring Your Expertise. Let’s Build Something
Confidential employer
Have you worked inside a business and thought, “I understand how this works, I see what’s missing, and I know how we could do it better”?
I’d like to hear from you.
I’m Max, based in the United States. I’m looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial person who wants to help launch and run a business around something they understand deeply.
Maybe you manage operations, deliver a specialized service, build automations, handle research, or run an important process behind the scenes. You know the tools, the challenges, what customers value, and where there is room for a better offering.
You bring the expertise to deliver. I help with strategy, positioning, sales, and building the business.
I’m open to different industries. What matters is finding an opportunity with:
- Clear demand and customers already spending money on the problem.
- A specific reason customers would choose us.
- Work you have personally done and could confidently lead.
- A practical way to launch with a small team.
- Potential for repeat business and recurring revenue.
This could be a specialized business service, a smarter way to handle an expensive workflow, or a service made faster and better through technology.
You would help shape the offer, build the delivery process, serve our first customers, and eventually lead operations as we grow.
The goal is a long term partnership with meaningful responsibility and shared upside. Compensation, time commitment, and any profit sharing or ownership would be agreed upon before work begins.
To apply, send a short introduction and answer these questions:
1. What business or process do you understand especially well, and what have you personally handled?
2. What would you propose we launch, and who would buy it?
3. What have you seen that tells you customers need this and would pay for it?
4. What would make our offering better, and what would it take to serve our first customer?
5. What could you lead, what support would you need from me, and what availability and compensation would you need initially?
Keep your proposal high level and use general or public examples from your experience. A few thoughtful paragraphs are enough.
If you know the work, see the opportunity, and want a real role in building it, let’s talk.
