QuickBooks Bookkeeper | Financial Organisation

I’m looking for a reliable and experienced Bookkeeper / Finance Manager who is highly familiar with QuickBooks and can take responsibility for keeping my business finances organized and up to date.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain bookkeeping in QuickBooks
• Categorize transactions correctly
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and other accounts
• Keep income and expenses properly organized
• Maintain accurate financial records
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Identify unusual expenses, discrepancies, or missing transactions
• Keep the books clean and ready for my accountant/tax advisor
• Help create a clear financial structure for the business

Weekly Financial Reporting

Every week, I want a simple and easy-to-understand financial report covering:

• Revenue
• Expenses
• Profit / Loss
• Cash flow
• Current cash position
• Outstanding payments / liabilities
• Major expenses from the week
• Comparison to previous weeks
• Any financial issues or things I should be aware of

The goal is for me to be able to quickly understand **where the business stands financially every week without having to go through QuickBooks myself.

Requirements

• Strong experience with QuickBooks / QuickBooks Online
• Previous bookkeeping experience for businesses
• Strong understanding of P&L, cash flow, balance sheets, and general accounting
• Very organized and detail-oriented
• Able to communicate financial information in simple language
• Reliable with weekly reporting and deadlines
• Comfortable proactively pointing out problems or opportunities instead of only entering transactions
