Meta Ads Media Buyer — UK Agency — Long-term

I'm Leon — I run a Meta media buying operation for UK home-improvement trades (roofing, tree surgery, landscaping, driveways). I manage around 20 accounts myself and I'm scaling. Hiring two people to take the delivery load off me.

WHAT YOU'D DO

• Build new client campaigns end to end — Facebook page, ad account, campaign, ad sets, creative, GoHighLevel
• Maintain live accounts daily — spot problems, act on them, keep cost per lead on target
• Follow my documented process. Everything is written down. You execute, you don't invent.

WHO I'M LOOKING FOR

• Real experience running Meta ads for real clients. Not "I did a course." If you've never built a lead generation campaign end to end and defended the numbers to a paying client, this isn't right for you yet.
• Someone who reads instructions and follows them precisely. When something's unclear, you ask — not guess.
• Strong written English. No client-facing work, so accent doesn't matter — writing does.
• Wants a long-term seat, not a quick gig.

TERMS

• £200/month base (roughly $250 USD)
• £50-£100/month per account you fully own — build and maintain
• Ramp to around 15 accounts within 3 months — about £1,200/month ($1,500 USD) at that point. The book is scaling, so more from there.
• First month is training and observation at base only. If you arrive plug-and-play we skip the observation and you take accounts straight away.
• Around 4 hours a day overlapping UK daytime for the first four weeks while I train you. After that, work whenever suits you.
• Long-term. I'm not looking to hire again in 6 months.
