About the Role

We make AI generated video ads for international brands, mostly US telehealth and health.

I am looking for someone to own the creative from both ends. You write the briefs that go to the team, and you are the last set of eyes before the work ships.

What you would actually do

The front end. A client tells me they want 10 UGC and 10 animated ads testing new angles. I give you the direction, the product and the reference material. You turn that into actual briefs for the team. What the scene is, who the character is, what the script says, what the reference looks like, what the specs are. Clear enough that a generator or an editor can pick it up and run without asking questions.

You will use AI heavily to do this. Brainstorming scene ideas, drafting scripts, and building generation prompts with ChatGPT or Claude is part of the daily workflow, not a shortcut. I will show you how we do it.

Writing a brief that produces the right video first time is a skill. Most people write briefs that are too vague and then spend three rounds fixing the output.

The back end. Every video that comes off my team passes through you before it reaches me or a client. Your job is to know whether it holds up. Did the character change between scene one and scene three. Is the lighting inconsistent. Is the product name mispronounced. Does the pacing kill the hook. Does it actually match the brief you wrote.

When it does not, you send it back with specific notes.

The middle. Assigning the work to the right person, chasing whatever assets we are missing, and holding the deadlines across several clients at once.

You will not be generating or editing yourself. You own the brief and the standard.

Who this is for
-You can write a brief that someone else can execute without coming back with questions
-You are comfortable using AI as a working tool, brainstorming scenes and drafting prompts with it rather than just asking it for answers
-You have a real eye. You can watch an ad and say exactly what is wrong with it, not just that it feels off
-You have worked in video, creative, or content and you care about the craft
-Small errors bother you. Inconsistent captions, a face that changes, a cut in the wrong place
-You are organised enough to track work across several projects
-You are comfortable telling someone their work needs redoing, and doing it in a way that does not make them defensive
-You want to grow into creative direction rather than stay an individual contributor

You do not need to have been a manager before. If you can write a good brief and judge good work, I will teach you the coordination side.

Who this is not for
-You want to be the one making the videos
-You avoid difficult conversations
-You are looking for a stepping stone into your own agency
-You would treat this as one of several clients

What you get
-Direct training from me on our standards, our process, and how performance creative actually works
-Real ownership of the creative from brief to delivery
-A business growing quickly with international clients, and a role that grows with it
-A path into creative direction as the team scales
-Paid on time, every time

Hours

Full time, 40 hours a week, Philippine business hours. Fully remote.

Requirements
-Background in video, creative, content, or production
-Strong written English. Most of this job is writing clear briefs and clear notes
-Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude as part of your daily process
-Comfortable learning project tools like Trello, Notion, ClickUp
-Reliable internet and a computer that handles video review
-Willing to sign a confidentiality agreement

Experience with AI video tools is a plus but not required. I will teach you the stack.

How to apply

Read this properly. Applications that skip a step will not be reviewed.

1. Start your application with the word ANCHOR so I know you read the whole post.
2. Here is a rough direction, the kind of thing I would hand you: a telehealth brand sells a weight loss medication online for ninety nine dollars a month. They want short vertical ads aimed at women in their forties who have tried and failed at dieting. 3. Write me one brief for one video, exactly as you would hand it to someone on the team.
3. Send me a link to a video ad you think is badly made and tell me exactly what is wrong with it. Be specific about that ad, not ads in general.
4. How do you use AI in your work day to day?
5. Your background, when you can start, and your salary expectations.

Shortlisted applicants get a short paid test on real work, paid whether or not I hire you.
