Lead Generation VA

We are hiring a highly detail-oriented Lead Generation VA responsible for continuously building targeted prospect databases for our real estate and mortgage sales teams.

This is not primarily a calling position.

Your primary responsibility is creating the fuel for our sales organization.

Our ISAs should never arrive at work wondering who they are going to call.

Your job is to make sure they always have organized, clean, targeted prospect lists available.

Primary Mission

Responsibilities

You will:
Research prospecting opportunities
Build lead lists
Pull property-owner data
Clean data
Deduplicate records
Verify phone numbers
Verify email addresses
Organize prospects by campaign
Segment leads
Upload lists into CRM
Apply appropriate tags
Maintain suppression lists
Remove invalid records
Track data sources
Track list performance
Maintain prospecting spreadsheets/databases
Work with ISA team to improve targeting
Identify new lead-generation opportunities
